I really wonder how Government issues GO/notifications with out atleast verifying it thoroughly.

In the recently announced AP DSC 2008 Notification the DSE(Department of School Education,AP) website was given as www.dse.ap.gov.in ,are they responsible enough??are they really sure that this website exist???
